Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4-year education and business banking/commercial experience.
• Minimum of 3 years business banking or commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains profitable Business Banking relationships with sales size $2MM-$50MM and credit exposure up to $25MM.
• Prospects new business and expands existing relationships.
• Meets with business owners to assess needs and recommends bank solutions while negotiating pricing/fees.
• Collaborates with internal partners to deliver customer solutions.
• Builds and maintains an external referral network.
• Monitors portfolio with quarterly reviews and collections when needed.
• Coordinates loan approvals with the Huntington Loan Center and branch staff.
• Ensures pricing discipline and credit quality standards.
• Monitors maturing loans and upcoming renewals.
• Assists with collections/workouts as required.
