Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Regional Banking Operations Manager to lead a team of Banking Operations Managers delivering operational excellence across a network of financial centers, including Tulsa and surrounding markets.

You will partner with Consumer Banking leadership to solve challenges, implement scalable solutions, and drive efficiency, risk control, and client experience improvements using data, automation, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 10+ years of related banking experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site operations and manage leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach Banking Operations Managers across multiple markets.
• Partner with Consumer Banking leaders to identify operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
• Drive process improvements, transformation programs, and risk management initiatives.
• Oversee reviews, risk assessments, and quality evaluations to ensure compliance and performance.
• Coach leaders through complex issues, escalations, and performance opportunities.
• Leverage data, reporting, automation, and AI to identify efficiencies and improve effectiveness.
