Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Business Banking Strategy Manager in Houston to drive revenue initiatives and govern strategic programs across the Business Banking segment. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Risk to align priorities and deliver growth and improved client experience.

The role oversees strategy, performance management, and project execution, ensuring prioritized initiatives are tracked and delivered within Sales Enablement, Business Services and Risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in banking, consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Job Description

The Business Banking Strategy Manager is responsible for leading critical revenue generating initiatives and driving strategic planning, governance, and execution across the Business Banking segment (clients with up to $10MM in annual revenue). This role serves as a project leader in enterprise-wide initiatives that intersect Business Banking partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Risk teams to ensure alignment of business priorities, disciplined execution of initiatives, and achievement of growth, efficiency, and client experience objectives.

This individual will serve as a central coordinator of strategy, performance management, and project execution, ensuring initiatives are effectively prioritized, tracked, and delivered within the Sales Enablement, Business Services, and Risk groups.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field of study and a minimum of 10 years’ experience and/or 10+ years of experience in banking, consulting, strategy, or operations and/or or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred.
