Job summary
BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Regional Banking Operations Manager to lead a team of Banking Operations Managers across multiple markets. You will partner with Consumer Banking leadership to solve operational challenges, drive process improvements, and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
You will guide operational reviews, risk assessments, and performance improvements while leveraging data, AI, and Microsoft tools to deliver measurable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business field with 10+ years of banking experience.
- Experience leading multiple banking centers and leaders (multi-site operations).
- Experience leveraging AI/automation to identify opportunities and drive efficiency.
- Strong capability to partner with financial center leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of Banking Operations Managers across the network.
- Partner with Consumer Banking leaders to identify challenges and implement solutions that improve performance and client experience.
- Drive operational change initiatives, including new programs and transformation efforts.
- Oversee risk management, reviews, and quality evaluations for consistency and compliance.
- Coach leaders through complex operational issues and escalations.
- Utilize data, reporting, automation, AI, and Microsoft tools to boost efficiency.
