Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Consumer Area Manager to coordinate sales and service across multiple retail banking centers in the Fort Worth region. You will lead efforts to ensure effective sales techniques, performance, and community representation of the Bank.

The role emphasizes building inclusive teams, mentoring staff, driving profitability, expanding customer relationships, and partnering with Marketing on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field and 8-10 years of directly related sales management experience.
• 11-15 years of equivalent education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Banking Center Managers’ work within a designated geographical area.
• Provide onboarding, performance appraisals, salary recommendations, and coaching for staff.
• Foster an inclusive working environment and lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and development.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure exemplary client experience and address service issues promptly.
