Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Consumer Area Manager to coordinate and direct sales and service efforts across multiple retail banking centers in the Fort Worth region to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will provide sales training, program implementation, and leadership to Banking Center Managers, guiding performance appraisals and coaching while promoting ethical sales practices and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field and 8-10 years of directly related experience in sales management/supervisory capacity in a financial institution, or 11-15 years of equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Banking Center Managers’ work within a designated geographical area.
• Guide managers on the onboarding process, performance appraisals, salary recommendations, and coaching and corrective action for team members.
• Foster an inclusive working environment that creates engaged employees and leads all employees to achieve or exceed business objectives.
• Foster an environment of consultative and ethical sales practices and ensure accountability for needs-based discovery conversations with clients.
• Create and expand business development and drive revenue growth activities through strategic marketing initiatives and coordination with the marketing department for necessary support.
• Ensure Client Experience is exemplary and address any service breaks, elevating issues when necessary.
