Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of banking experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing a sales team.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in specific geographic market(s).
• Must be registered or eligible to be registered under SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote growth strategies for branch segments including Small Business, Preferred Banking and Business Banking.
• Lead joint sales calls, manage the sales process and train sales teams across the region.
• Coach branch colleagues on client acquisition, service, referrals, and retention.
• Maintain risk management and operational integrity in line with CNB policies.
