Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Austin, TX is hiring a Regional Banking Sales and Service Coordinator to onboard new Regional Banking customers and manage ongoing relationships for bankers with portfolios of $2M–$50M in annual sales.

You will coordinate due diligence for loans, support cross-sell opportunities, ensure renewals are timely, and maintain strong customer relationships using a relationship plan/model. The role emphasizes risk awareness and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of an additional 2 years of sales in financial services.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial services or credit.

Responsibilities

• Assist bankers in managing a portfolio of customers with $2M to $50M in annual sales.
• Coordinate due diligence and document gathering for new and renewal loans.
• Ensure loan renewals are completed on a timely basis.
• Pipeline management and proactive cross-sell coordination.
• Collect financial statements from customers in a timely fashion.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with quality control.
• Coordinate with bankers to prepare Relationship Plans for each customer.
• Manage NSF/OD items and resolve with bankers and customers.
• Handle post-loan requests (advances, payments, payoff, research).
• Research and resolve service and operational issues on accounts.
• Assist customers with onboarding and maintenance of online banking.
• Escalate suspected fraudulent transactions to Incident team.
• Connect customers to appropriate teams for bank products.
• Stay updated on products, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and manage risk with policy compliance.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new SSC colleagues.
