Job summary

Huntington National Bank is hiring a Regional Banking Sales and Service Coordinator to onboard new regional customers and nurture ongoing relationships across portfolios of $2M–$50M in annual sales. You’ll coordinate loan documentation, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities while delivering a “Simply the Best” customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration with bankers and partners to manage risk and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 2 years of sales in financial services or credit.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a financial services or credit environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist bankers in managing portfolios of customers with $2M-$50M in annual sales.
• Coordinate due diligence and document gathering for loans.
• Ensure renewals are completed on time.
• Pipeline management and risk awareness.
• Collect required financial statements from customers on time.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with bankers to prepare Relationship Plans.
• Manage NSF/OD items and coordinate resolutions.
• Handle post-loan requests (advances, payments, payoff, research).
• Research and resolve service and operational issues.
• Assist onboarding and maintenance of online banking.
• Submit regional banking incidents for suspected fraud.
• Connect customers to appropriate teams for bank products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and manage risk in line with policies.
