Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience in branch banking preferred.
• NMLS licensing available as part of career development.

Responsibilities

• Cover all aspects of branch banking including transactions and advising customers.
• Process customer transactions accurately and maintain cash controls.
• Provide excellent service and resolve issues for customers.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and account maintenance.
• Teach customers to use online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Be dependable traveling to multiple branches during the week.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
