Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions and guidance to customers.
• Process customer transactions accurately and maintain proper cash controls.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and banking services; assist with service or account maintenance issues.
• Assist customers with technology usage (online, mobile, ATM) for convenient banking.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
