Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong sales, banking and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates customer service and communication strengths.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple branches with a customer-centric approach.
• Process customer transactions accurately and maintain cash controls.
• Deliver excellent service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and bank services.
• Assist colleagues with technology use and service requests.
• Adhere to bank policies, risk and regulatory procedures.
• Travel between branches; be dependable and adaptable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
