Qualifications

• Basic qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service/bank branch experience.
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree and cash handling experience.
• Bonus: Military service in admin, contracting or similar roles is listed as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across branches for customer transactions and servicing needs.
• Refer customers to other bank areas as appropriate.
• Maintain cash controls and balance daily transactions.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and online/mobile banking tools.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and uphold risk and regulatory policies.
