Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Area Customer Experience Specialist to support branches across a region, traveling between local locations as needed. You will act as a financial concierge, retaining and growing customer relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other products.

Strong tech & service focus will be required. Responsibilities include processing transactions, educating customers on banking tools, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service and branch banking experience.
• Ability to travel between local branches and support multiple locations.
• Knowledge of deposits, loans and banking products to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including transactions and service guidance.
• Process customer transactions accurately and maintain proper cash controls.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and banking products and services.
• Promote bank technology (online, mobile, ATM) to help customers manage money.
• Adhere to all policies and risk procedures.
• Be adaptable traveling to multiple branch locations throughout the week.
