Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Military service in administration or related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including handling transactions and advising customers to meet their financial goals.
• Process customer transactions accurately and maintain proper cash controls.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and other banking products and services.
• Assist customers with online, mobile, and ATM banking usage.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
