Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year customer service and branch banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions and advising customers.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain cash controls.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and banking services.
• Assist customers with technology and banking tools (online, mobile, ATM).
• Comply with operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
