Job summary

Huntington is seeking an Area Customer Experience Specialist (ACES) to provide best-in-class service to customers and colleagues across multiple branches. The ACES travels between local branches, supporting teams and adapting to daily location changes while delivering consistent, high-quality experiences.

You will educate customers on deposits, loans, and technology, process transactions accurately, and adhere to security and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and branch banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking, transact and service needs, and refer customers to other bank areas as needed.
• Process customer transactions accurately while maintaining cash controls and balancing daily.
• Educate customers on deposits and loans and assist with service or account maintenance issues.
• Promote bank technology and educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking.
