Job summary

Huntington is seeking an Area Customer Experience Specialist to support multiple branches in the Michigan region. You will assist walk-in customers, process transactions accurately, and educate customers on deposits, loans, and digital banking tools like online and mobile apps.

The role requires adaptability to travel between branches, strong reliability in transportation, and a customer-centric approach. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with NMLS licensing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across branch banking, handling transactions and advising on financial needs.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to other bank areas as needed.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans, online/mobile/ATM banking.
• Maintain cash controls and balance daily.
• Deliver excellent service and resolve issues promptly.
