Busey Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager II in Denver to lead a larger banking center with a focus on sales, service, and operations. You will coach a diverse team, drive needs-based selling of all bank products, and ensure excellent customer experiences for both individuals and businesses.

The role requires supervision, mentoring, and the ability to meet aggressive goals while maintaining regulatory compliance and security of customer data.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills are essential.

• Ability to make independent banking decisions when precedents are not available.

Responsibilities
