The ideal candidate has 5+ years in bakery/café operations, strong leadership, and a passion for team development. Willingness to travel to corporate and franchise locations is required.

Qualifications

• Confectionery/Foods major with ≥6 months culinary training.
• Minimum 5 years bakery/café experience.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes, sanitation, and quality programs.
• GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000 knowledge and baking regulations.
• Strong root-cause analysis and project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Team-focused with empathy and high emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to travel to corporate/franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staffs in a region and recruit staff for openings.
• Plan, direct, and manage production staff schedules.
• Train employees on quality, sanitation, and production techniques.
• Set purchasing planning and monitor processes and facilities.
• Evaluate sanitary compliance and health inspection standards.
• Communicate regulatory requirements and reflect them in business rules.
• Prepare reports on new product launches and daily/weekly activity.
• Report defects, calculate product costs, and manage personnel expenses.
