Job summary

Paris Baguette - Cafés (South) seeks a District Production Manager to lead production sanitation, packaging, and display quality across stores. This role mentors employees, ensures product quality, and fosters a high-performance culture in a fast-paced bakery café network.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of food production, sanitation and quality programs, plus at least 5 years bakery/café experience. Travel to corporate and franchise locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years bakery/café experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000 and baking regulations.
• Experience leading production teams.
• Strong sanitation and quality programs knowledge.
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff across a region.
• Recruit and hire staff for open store positions.
• Plan and manage production staff schedules.
• Train staff on quality, sanitation and techniques.
• Set purchasing planning for stores and facilities.
• Evaluate and improve processes and facilities.
• Monitor Health Inspection compliance across locations.
• Report product defects and manage cost reporting.
• Manage personnel expenses for production staff.
