Job summary

Paris Baguette North America seeks a District Production Manager to oversee sanitation, packaging, and displays across stores to ensure top quality products and customer satisfaction.

You will lead and mentor production staff, ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP, manage scheduling, and report daily/weekly to the production team leader. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Confectionery or Foods with 6 months culinary coursework.
• Minimum 5 years of bakery/café production experience.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and quality programs.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire store staffs in a region.
• Recruit and hire staff for open positions at stores.
• Plan, direct, and manage time and schedule of production staff.
• Train and educate employees on quality, sanitation and food producing techniques.
