Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a District Manager in the Moonachie, NJ area to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction across the district. You will lead market managers, drive talent development, and ensure consistent standards in operations and service.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality, strong P&L and inventory skills, and a passion for people. Travel to locations and franchise sites is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 3–5 years of progressive management experience
• Thorough knowledge of POS systems; Toast preferred
• Strong inventory planning and management skills required
• P&L awareness and sales/marketing abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead district management staff to maximize revenue and guest experience
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention and development for cafe operations
• Mentor and train cafe managers and franchisee teams
• Ensure adherence to food safety, health and sanitation policies
• Develop and execute district sales and marketing plans and monitor financial progress
• Provide guidance and support to owners and GMs on training curricula and performance management
• Ensure consistent operational and guest service standards across cafes
