Paris Baguette - Cafés (East) is seeking a District Production Manager to oversee sanitation, packaging displays, and quality across stores. You will mentor staff, ensure high product standards, and lead efforts to deliver bakery café offerings with excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in bakery/café, strong leadership, GMP/HACCP knowledge, and a passion for empowering teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifications

• Educational background in confectionery or foods with 6+ months culinary training.
• Minimum of 5 years bakery/café experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000 and baking regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise regional store staff and operations.
• Recruit and hire staff for open positions.
• Plan, direct, and manage production staff schedules.
• Train employees on quality, sanitation and baking techniques.
• Monitor sanitation standards and health inspections.
• Prepare reports on new product launches and costing.
