Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across the district, drive revenue growth, and ensure top-tier guest experiences. You will mentor cafe managers, implement training, and align sales plans with corporate standards while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of progressive management in high-volume retail or hospitality, strong leadership, and a passion for empowering teams to deliver joy in every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and several years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive store/district performance.
• Experience with high-volume operations and strong guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district revenue and cash flow growth through people, processes and planning.
• Lead and mentor district management staff to deliver an obsessive guest experience.
• Ensure sales and marketing plans align with regional objectives and cafe standards.
• Support franchisees and GMs with training, performance evaluations and development.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation and policy compliance across the district.
