Job summary

Paris Baguette North America seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to maximize district revenue and cash flow through people, processes and planning. You will lead a guest experience program and guide district leadership to restore the bakery café as the community's heart.

The role requires strategic planning, talent development, and ensuring store standards, while partnering with owners/GMs on sales, marketing and operational excellence across a geographically diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years of progressive related experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue.
• 3-5 years of progressive management experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred).
• Strong inventory planning and management skills.
• P&L capability and sales/marketing skills.
• Flexible, adaptive leadership across a broad geography.
• Love of travel and ability to commute to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the assigned district’s revenue and cash flow growth through people, processes and planning.
• Lead an obsessive guest experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide leadership and vision to district management to align with company goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention and development for franchise operations.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with training to address needs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, food safety, and brand standards across locations.
• Support owners and GMs with sales and marketing plans and performance reviews.
