Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple bakery locations, providing hands-on leadership across daily operations and guest service. The role requires working in bakeries, covering shifts, and ensuring brand standards, food safety, and operational excellence.

You will recruit and develop Bakery Managers, drive district sales growth, manage labor efficiency, and support openings or remodels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit, hands-on management in food service, bakery, retail or hospitality.
• Ability to lead bakery teams on floor and in operations with a hands-on approach.
• Experience driving labor, cost control, and financial results in a district or multi-site setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a regular in-store presence, leading and supporting operations across bakeries.
• Perform all bakery functions when needed to support teams and standards.
• Lead by example in guest service, safety, sanitation, and brand compliance.
• Recruit, coach, and retain Bakery Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive district-level sales growth, profitability, and labor efficiency.
• Coordinate openings, remodels, and transitions with ownership and partners.
• Monitor guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
