Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or services.
• Experience with sales execution and pipeline management.
• Strong presentation, communication and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Define account vision and growth plans aligned with customer needs.
• Identify pricing dynamics to inform commercial decisions.
• Manage leads, opportunities, and develop a robust sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and budgets.
• Utilize CRM to track opportunities and forecast.
• Build relationships across customer organizations at multiple levels.
• Negotiate contracts and multi-year terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategy.
