Gallagher is seeking a sales-focused professional in Columbia, SC to develop and acquire new business revenue from small to mid-size clients, while delivering tailored service and building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teammates, account management, and ongoing staff development, with licensing requirements and potential for professional growth within Gallagher's supportive culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required or equivalent experience.
• Participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP) is a plus.
• Appropriate insurance licensing is required.
• High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients.
• Provides service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients.
• Participate in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.
• May manage overall client relationships with day-to-day account management support.
• Educate and develop staff in new client sales situations and existing client service requirements.
• Applies industry technologies to new sales, additional sales to existing clients and account service.
• Prepares and implements an individual business plan and production budget.
• Develops and maintains interdivision/intercompany relationships consistent with our corporate culture.
