Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree with 1 year of related experience and insurance licensing, or GSIP participation with licensing.
• Alternative: high school diploma with 6 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business revenue from new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-size companies.
• Delivers client service tailored to client needs and maintains ongoing relationships.
• Collaborates with team in sales scenarios and supports account management activities.
• Mentors staff in new client sales and service requirements and supports interdivisional partnerships.
