Job summary

Gallagher in the United States is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop and acquire new business revenue with emphasis on small to mid-size clients, providing service tailored to their needs and retaining them as clients. You will participate in team sales with other producers, supported by account management, and apply industry technologies to grow new sales and strengthen client relationships.

A Bachelor's degree plus licensing is required, or participation in Gallagher's Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GSIP with licensing requirements.
• Insurance licensing required or via GSIP with licensing.
• Option for high school diploma with extensive experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue from new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-size companies.
• Provides service tailored to client needs and retains them as clients.
• Participates in team sales situations with producers and support staff; may manage client relationships.
• Applies industry technologies to sales, transfers, and account service; supports development of staff.
