Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a professional to drive new business revenue and manage client relationships across small to mid-size companies. You will support account management, collaborate with team members on sales opportunities, and contribute to planning and budgeting to grow book of business.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to licensing requirements, and a collaborative culture within a global firm offering meaningful local impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year related experience or participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP) with insurance licensing.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED plus 6 years experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-size companies.
• Provides service to clients according to their needs and retains them as clients.
• Participates in team sales situations and supports other producers and account management staff.
• Prepares and implements a personal business plan and production budget.
• Builds interdivision/intercompany relationships in line with corporate culture.
