Amerit Fleet Solutions in Miami, FL is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle - Fleet Manager to lead a service-technical team and deliver exceptional client experiences. The role emphasizes HR responsibilities, safety, and performance management while coordinating with cross-functional partners to meet client needs.

The position offers a competitive salary range ($115,000-$125,000) with weekly pay and an annual performance-based incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electric Vehicles and/or Autonomous Vehicles is a requirement.
• Proven ability to build and lead a strong team in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and drive action.
• Collaborative management style with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to interpret data, drive KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsabilités

• Safety, health, environmental compliance, and quality of work must be prioritized.
• Manage a team of service technicians, including hiring, performance management, scheduling, and development.
• Develop and train technicians and foster continuous leadership growth.
• Oversee technician workload, dispatch work efficiently, ensure tasks are completed with minimal downtime.
• Resolve issues and guide root-cause analyses for client disputes and service problems.
• Ensure processes and inventory management are followed and parts are procured on time.
