You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and IT, and scale operations as the fleet grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fleet operations, service management, or transportation logistics.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and frontline supervisors/managers.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and lead service delivery in complex environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration and vendor management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications in fleet management, EV systems, Lean/Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and develop a growing team of Fleet Managers.
• Oversee EV/AV fleet maintenance, service delivery, and uptime.
• Manage client relationships across multiple sites and conduct business reviews.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and IT to align operations with company goals.
• Track KPIs like technician utilization, fleet availability, and service turnaround; drive process improvements.
