Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is looking for a District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations, driving financial performance and leading high-performing teams. You will ensure efficiency, target achievement, and adherence to customer service and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, tire/repair knowledge, and excellence in staff development, with regular travel and hands-on involvement at each site. A proven track record in automotive retail management is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience
• Demonstrated leadership in training, coaching, and motivating teams
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with integrity
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite
• Willing to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site
• Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability under company vehicle policy

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff
• Drive achievement of EBITDAR, sales, and customer service targets
• Ensure safe and compliant environment for employees and customers
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely manner
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across stores
• Coach and mentor store managers and team members
