Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a District Manager to oversee 8–12 stores, execute company initiatives, and drive financial performance. You will develop high-performing teams, ensure efficient operations, and uphold service standards.

The role requires leadership, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to travel and spend time on-site to meet targets and support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experience.
• Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of personal integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Ability to speak and present to groups and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as needed.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability under company vehicle policy.

Position Summary
