Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 service centers, executing company initiatives and driving financial performance while building high-performing teams. You will ensure efficient operations, meet targets, and uphold customer service and safety standards across locations.

The role requires strong leadership, tire expertise, and a proven track record in managing multi-site teams, with travel and on-site time as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience.
• Strong knowledge of tires and tire-related services.
• Proven leadership with training and coaching experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 8–12 store locations and execute company initiatives.
• Hire, train, and manage store staff.
• Drive EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics.
• Ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage customer issues to resolution.
• Oversee inventory and operational efficiency across all stores.
• Coach store managers and teams.
