Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 stores, leading initiatives to drive financial performance and customer service excellence. You will develop high-performing teams, ensure safety and efficiency, and align stores with company goals.

The role requires strong leadership, tire expertise, and capable communication skills, with regular travel and hands-on on-site management across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management.
• Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with high integrity.
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as needed.

Responsabilités

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff.
• Drive achievement of EBITDAR, sales, and customer service targets.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers.
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores.
• Coach and mentor store managers and teams for development and progression.
