Job summary

GainRep is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieve monthly quotas, and drive new account growth in the automotive sector.

You will identify, engage, and understand franchise dealer needs, presenting tailored CarNow solutions and building relationships with key decision-makers to drive successful sales cycles. 80% travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years exceeding sales targets in Automotive industry.
• Extensive dealership contacts within the designated territory.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of digital retailing and chat solutions in Automotive.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel 80% within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly quotas and drive new account growth in the assigned territory.
• Identify and engage with franchise dealers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within dealership organizations to facilitate successful sales cycles.
• Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of CarNow's chat and digital retailing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Utilize a CRM to plan territory visits, manage pipelines, and record activity.
