CarNow is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the United States (NJ region) to lead strategic sales initiatives, engage franchise dealers, and drive new account growth with tailored digital retailing solutions.

You will conduct product demonstrations, forecast performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction, traveling up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales targets in the Automotive industry.
• Extensive dealership contacts within the designated territory.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong understanding of digital retailing and chat solutions for Automotive.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet monthly quotas and grow new accounts.
• Identify and engage franchise dealers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in dealership groups.
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the value of CarNow's solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Utilize a CRM to plan territory visits and manage pipelines.
