Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services, LLC. is seeking a Direct Auto Area Sales Manager to lead the auto lending operations across a designated metropolitan region in Texas. You will drive dealer acquisition, manage relationships and oversee sales processes.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or related field.
• Ability to be effective in product / service presentation, negotiation and final closings.
• Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision, self-starter.
• Ability to be effective in dealer servicing and retention.

Responsibilities

• Inquiring, signing, and setting up new direct auto dealers.
• Manage and maintain dealer relationships.
• Training of dealer personnel.
• Updating senior leaders on industry trends.
• Addressing dealer service issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Manages risk relative to position.
