Job summary

Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Regional Director to support our Dallas/Houston markets. This role oversees multiple communities, guiding leasing, maintenance, and daily operations while driving budgets and service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in property management or business, strong staff supervision, and a proven track record in revenue and occupancy goals. Health insurance and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in property management or business.
• Hire, train, and develop Community Managers and oversee on-site staff.
• Oversee annual budget process and meet income, expense, and leasing goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at each community in the portfolio.
• Provide guidance on leasing, marketing, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Monitor maintenance operations within budget and ensure curb appeal.
• Deliver highest level of service to prospects, residents, vendors and customers.
• Coordinate special projects with on-site and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision: Hire, train, and develop Community Managers and oversee on-site staff.
• Oversee annual budget process and meet budgeted income, expense, and leasing goals for the portfolio.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at each community in the portfolio.
• Provide management guidance to Community Managers on leasing, marketing, lease expirations and renewals, and move-out/move-in processes.
• Monitor maintenance operations to ensure resident service and curb appeal within budget.
