Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Regional Asset Management Lead to drive market-facing, billable asset management services across Texas from Houston. The role focuses on growing client relationships, converting opportunities, and leading municipal and utility assignments in AMI, meter-to-cash, lifecycle planning, analytics, and EAM/CMMS readiness.

The candidate will mentor teams, coordinate cross-disciplinary resources, and align regional delivery with national practice standards while advancing

Qualifications

• Experience developing client relationships, converting opportunities, and delivering billable consulting services for municipal, utility, transportation, or other public-sector clients.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary programs involving asset management, analytics, GIS, lifecycle planning, or CMMS implementation.
• Proven track record mentoring senior resources and communicating with executives through proposals and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the regional Asset Management Practice strategy across Texas and grow the regional client base.
• Own regional growth plans, pipeline, backlog, utilization, revenue, and profitability.
• Build trusted relationships with municipal and utility clients and position the firm as an asset management advisor.
• Provide strategic oversight of regional asset management programs and ensure quality and commercial performance.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop senior professionals and represent the regional practice in client meetings and industry forums.
