Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in energy services leadership, MBA or equivalent, and strong skills in strategic planning, relationship management, and performance coaching. This role is based in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years in leadership roles focusing on financial selling or energy services.
• Experience in regional director, operations, or sales management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive regional sales and marketing strategy for EAD.
• Lead multi-level staff development and performance management.
• Represent McKinstry externally at events, client engagements, and associations.
• Oversee MBR meetings and financial management including risk oversight.
• Drive operational excellence and improve pursuit and development processes.
