McKinstry is seeking a Senior Leader, Energy Asset Development to guide sales and marketing strategy in Texas. The role oversees regional performance, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with BU Leaders and Corporate Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, architecture, mechanical/electrical engineering, or equivalent required.
• Minimum eight years in financial selling, executive selling or performance contracting with leadership/management experience.
• Experience in energy services or energy asset development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive regional sales and marketing strategy across markets.
• Represent McKinstry externally with clients, associations, and partners at local to national levels.
• Lead regional sales direction and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and multi-year plans.
• Coach and develop sales professionals; oversee key and strategic client accounts.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure profitable project development and delivery.
