Job summary

Tetra Tech, based in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Regional Asset Management Lead to grow and deliver asset management services across the region. The role combines client development, revenue generation, and leadership of asset management, AMI, meter-to-cash, lifecycle planning, analytics, and CMMS readiness.

The ideal candidate will mentor teams, coordinate across engineering, GIS, digital and operations, and deliver practical, data-driven client solutions that align with national practice

Qualifications

• 12+ years of asset management, infrastructure consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading regional growth and client leadership responsibilities.
• Proven success delivering billable consulting services for municipal/utility/public-sector clients.
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary programs involving asset management, AMI/Analytics, GIS, lifecycle planning or EAM/CMMS.
• Ability to mentor senior resources and communicate through proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Ability to align local delivery with national practice objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the regional Asset Management Practice strategy.
• Own regional growth plan, including key accounts and pipeline.
• Build relationships with municipal and utility clients and position as trusted advisor.
• Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities with capture strategies and proposals.
• Provide strategic oversight of regional asset management programs and performance.
• Grow services including asset management planning, AMI optimization, lifecycle planning, analytics, and CMMS implementation.
• Coordinate senior resources across engineering, GIS, digital, analytics, and operations.
• Establish regional tools, governance and delivery processes aligned with national standards.
• Develop data-driven solutions using portfolio analysis, predictive modeling, GIS, and decision-support tech.
• Monitor regional practice performance and resource needs; report to national leadership.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor professionals; support capability development and succession planning.
