AMCL, a Turner & Townsend Company, is seeking a Senior Asset Management Consultant to support the US team on a range of infrastructure programs. The role emphasizes asset management transformation, data analytics, and client delivery across transit, power, municipal, ports, and real estate sectors.

The role is based on the West Coast with potential national support, requiring leadership in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of seven years in infrastructure/asset management related work.
• Strong analytical and data analytics capability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VBA).
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of asset management transformation projects for clients on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with US/global teams to deliver full lifecycle asset management programs.
• Conduct workshops to elicit business requirements and design to-be processes.
• Develop financial models and lifecycle cost analyses for projects.
• Identify opportunities and support bid activities and client presentations.
• Produce reports, analyses, and presentations for clients.
