Kinetic Advantage, LLC is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop and manage relationships with Independent Dealers in the Jackson region. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with auto dealerships.
• Automotive industry knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new dealers in assigned region via calls, visits, auctions and referrals.
• Attend auctions and state dealer meetings to promote Kinetic Advantage and grow floorplan activity.
• Establish partnerships with complementary businesses to create referral channels.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, dealer apps, activations, and floorplanned units.
• Maintain up-to-date dealer leads and activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with ASMs and DRMs to align market plans with company goals.
• Prepare and submit new dealer packages for underwriting.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to onboarding.
• Stay informed on market programs and competitor activity.
