Job summary

Kinetic Advantage, LLC in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop relationships with Independent Dealers, drive dealer applications and activations, and boost flooring volume in the region.

You will work with Dealer Relationship Managers and receive training, programs, and technology to meet dealer growth goals. A hunter mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working in or with auto dealerships.
• Automotive industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new dealers via phone, lot visits, auction visits and referrals in your assigned region.
• Attend auctions in your region to promote Kinetic Advantage and drive applications, activations, and loans.
• Attend state Independent Dealer Association meetings to promote Kinetic Advantage to members.
• Establish partnerships with complimentary businesses to develop a referral program.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals for calls, dealer applications, activations and floor planned units.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up process and update leads in the system.
• Coordinate with ASMs and DRMs to review target areas and dealers.
• Prepare new dealer application package for underwriting submissions.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to onboarding.
• Stay informed on competitors and programs in the markets.
