Job summary

Kinetic Advantage, LLC is seeking an Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the Birmingham area. You will be the first point of contact with independent dealers, driving applications, activations, and flooring volume while supporting Dealer Relationship Managers.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (preferred), experience with auto dealerships, and strong presentation and negotiation skills. Travel to events and market visits will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with auto dealerships is preferred.
• Automotive industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new dealers in your assigned region.
• Attend auctions and state trade meetings to promote Kinetic Advantage.
• Develop partnerships to create a dealer referral network.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets for dealer applications and activations.
• Provide excellent customer service from first contact to onboarding.
